This newly created role reports directly to the CEO of the company and is primarily responsible for assisting senior management in all matters relating to the running of the day-to-day operations of the company while developing the company's target operating model. The successful candidate will be a proactive and a quick learner with a strong desire to develop within a very dynamic and fast-growing market leading underwriting management agency. This is a brand-new role and an excellent opportunity for someone make a significant contribution to the operational development of the company.
