Finance Manager | Swale – 2 days WFH | £50k - £60k + Bonus
This is a great opportunity to work for a large, privately owned business who operate in the construction sector. In the role, you will report directly to the Finance Director and will be the main Business Partner to Sales and Operations teams. You will be required to build strong relationships internally and externally and demonstrate effective communication skills within this role.
In addition to managing one, possibly two Assistant Management Accountants, you will be responsible for:
• Preparing and publishing timely and accurate monthly management accounts.
• Analysing business performance and providing explanations for variances to budget, forecast and prior year.
• Leading the annual budget and monthly forecast processes, advising and challenging the tactical and strategic assumptions being made.
• Proactively identifying and improving finance and business processes to ensure fast, accurate management information is available.
• Maintaining and improving financial control, including maintaining a clean balance sheet.
You should be a full qualified AC/ACCA/CIMA accountant with experience in a product based business in order to be considered for this role.
