We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Chatham. This is a great opportunity for someone who is available to start a role ASAP and has experience within a similar role.

Duties include -

* Managing inbound calls and providing a high level of service while dealing with queries
* Handle all complaints received across all product lines within the response stage of the complaint handling process
* Take ownership for managing and resolving all customer queries, ensuring a thorough investigation has been carried out
* Provide a great level of service at all times
