ROLE: Temporary School Reception

LOCATION: Shepperton, with free onsite parking

HOURLY RATE: £11ph + holiday accrual + Office Angels benefits

HOURS: 8am - 3pm . Term time only

DURATION: 19th September, on going

We are currently working with a school in Shepperton, which is looking for temporary support on their Reception. This is an integral role to the school so will suit someone who is organised, with high attention to detail, and enjoys working in a busy environment. You do not need to have worked in a school before, just have experience in customer or Reception.

Duties will include:

* Being the first point of contact with students, teachers and visitors
* Meet and greet
* Take calls and log absences
* Answer inquiries and transfer to relevant departments
* Supporting with office administration

Required skills:

* Previous experience in customer service or reception
* Ideally have experience working in a school, but this is not essential
* Ideally, you already have an Enhanced DBS on the update service. Or we will put a DBS through on your behalf
