Overview:

A rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, award-winning and environmentally green company within the tech industry as their Sales Account Manager.

As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for, identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients and upselling services to achieve business objectives.

You will be target driven and always strive to meet and exceed the KPIs' set. This role supports the dynamic and versatile skill set that you will deliver to ensure success!

Sounds interesting?...Daily duties include:

* Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts/customer stakeholders/executive sponsors
* Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly targets
* Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
* Forecast and track your account KPI's with the use of CRM
* Collaborate with other sales team members to identify and grow opportunities
* Manage projects within client relationships
* Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
* Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
* Keep records of client transactions via CRM
* The ability to build a product range for your clients, maintaining and increasing the opportunity

To be successful in this role you'll have:

* Proven account management or other relevant experience
* Experience in delivering client-focused product portfolio based on customer needs
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* 5+ years sales experience
