This role would suit someone with an interest in Music Technology or Technical Support.

Our client a leading business within their sector are currently seeking a new individual to join their team in Rochester.

As part of the Music Technology/Technical Support team, you will be responsible for providing first class technical support and service to your client base.

This will include providing support and advice to clients for all queries and ensure the highest levels of customer service are adhered too. To be considered for this role you must have:

* Worked in a customer service environment
* Have a genuine interest in IT, Technology or Music
* Have excellent customer service skills
* Be highly motivated and enthusiastic
* Available to interview and start a new role almost immediately
