A Permanent New Business Sales Executive is sought to join Fleet Retail Packaging Ltd., a friendly and dynamic company, with operations throughout the UK, France, Switzerland and Hong Kong. Our UK Head Office is based in Rochester Kent and the role would be covering London.
Fleet Luxury is a provider of luxury retail and ecommerce packaging which we supply to major brands and luxury independent retailers. This role will suit someone who is looking to start their career in sales. Previous sales experience would be an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
The ideal fit would be someone who has a self-starter mindset, positive attitude, motivated and driven to be successful. As this is a new business role there is huge scope for development within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Cold calling luxury London boutiques and businesses, identifying new opportunities and closing deals
· Visiting existing customers to develop the business we have
· Research organisations and individuals to find new business opportunities
· Attend conferences, meetings and industry events where required
· Create quotes and proposals for new clients
· Investigating our clients’ needs and through a strong and deep understanding of all their requirements, recommending the product(s) that best fulfil their identified needs.
The successful candidate will have:
· Previous experience in a customer facing role
· Strong communication, organisational and people skills
· A fast learner
· You will be well presented, tenacious and have a “can do”, entrepreneur like attitude
· Excellent telephone manner, written and verbal communication skills
· Be IT proficient including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
· A full UK Driving Licence is not essential but would be beneficial
· Enjoy networking to build relationships and gain business
· Wanting to earn uncapped commission
· A team player, happy to collaborate with the rest of the team.
· Keen to progress and grow with the Company.
