Sales Administrator
Isle of Sheppey
c.£22-27k DOE (neg)
A fantastic opportunity for an Sales Administrator has opened for a driven individual looking to join a privately owned industrial business that services multiple sectors including healthcare.
The right candidate will be a personable, team player who can provide sales and operational support to the two Directors, and is able to assimilate technical information and relay it to customers where necessary.
Duties include:
* Acting as the main point of contact, managing various customer requirements and developing relationships
* Pre and post-sale coordination.
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to two Directors and the wider team
* Creative problem solving
* Offering ways to streamline administrative processes
* Assisting Operations Director in overseeing inventory levels and stock allocation
* Managing logistic processes.
* Providing sales support to ensure orders run smoothly and efficiently
* Offering technical support to customers if needed
* Office and facilities management
The successful candidate will have/be:
* Experience working in a customer facing administrative role within a relevant company - ideally plumbing and heating!
* Good IT skills with the ability to use functions and formulas within spreadsheets (GoogleDocs; Excel)
* A meticulous attention to detail
* Numerate and literate, educated to at least A Level standard
* Strong work ethic with solid organisation skills
* Able to juggle lots of projects at any one time
* Strong customer service skills
* Ambitious with a desire to progress
* An inquisitive nature with an interest in how things work
* Natural commercial flair
* Happy to work in a small, industrial office environment
* A driver with your own transport due to location
