Job Title: Head of Customer Service
Location: Mid Kent
Great opportunity to join a market leading business as their Head of Customer Service to focus on the strategy of customer experience within the business and lead the team managers.
Duties include:
* Evaluate current customer experience strategies.
* Line management of Customer Service and Sales Administration Managers.
* Developing current ways of team working and the wider service focussed team.
* Deep dive analytical work looking at KPIs and customer satisfaction data to develop the brand, customer retention, and general growth.
* Providing an effective escalation point for high level customer queries.
* Reviewing, developing, and evaluating customer service initiatives, systems, and processes.
The successful candidate will have:
* Solid experience in a similar leadership role within customer service, in a high growth, fast-paced product led industry.
* Excellent analytical skills, with confident intermediate to advanced Excel skills to support data management and manipulation.
* Fantastic leadership and team working skills, sharing vision, and inspiring collaboration and positive change.
* Strong communication skills at all levels.
* Passion for customer service.
* Tenacity and drive.
This is an exciting role within a well-respected company, offering the opportunity to really make your mark as an integral member of the senior leadership team.
