Experienced Property Litigation Solicitor/CILEX required to supervise a team dealing with residential L&T work.

You will be overseeing a busy department specialising in residential Landlord and Tenant litigation work acting for private landlords, national managing agents and insurance companies.

Work includes dealing with accelerated possession matters, service charge recovery, defended proceedings together with providing advice to clients on relevant landlord and tenant legislation. Some knowledge/experience with commercial work would be an added advantage.

You will be overseeing/managing a team of 10 staff which includes qualified Solicitors, Barristers, Legal Executives and non-qualified lawyers. The role includes carrying out staff reviews/appraisal, discussing targets and general team management duties.

This role is full-time Monday to Friday although some home/remote working will be consider
