Client Services Executive
Up to £28,000 DOE
Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, occasional evening/weekend work required on a rota basis

Pearson Whiffin currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Executive to join a friendly team within an ever-growing national company. It is a varied role, so a flexible and adaptable approach is required, as well as a passion for customer service delivery.
Duties include:
* Managing client Key Accounts
* Maintaining close communication with all clients to manage and exceed their expectations
* Dealing with enquiries from customers by phone and email
* Generating quotes for clients and requesting approval for quotes
* Keeping clients up to date with the progress of contracts
* Building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers
* Ensuring that SLA's are met
The successful candidate will have / be:
* A strong, clear communicator; both written and verbally
* Able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
* Able to prioritise workload effectively
* Efficient using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel & Outlook)
* A strong attention to detail
* A passion for delivering great customer service
The successful candidate will be playing a vital role within an expanding business, managing key client accounts through building a strong relationship with the client, delivering excellent customer service, meeting their strict SLA's, and exceeding their expectations whilst growing account revenue for the business through quotation generation. You will have the ability to work well within a fast-paced environment quickly adapting and prioritising as workload pressures shift.
