Job: Account Handler
Salary: up to £40,000
Location: Hybrid working london/ home
A large leading Lloyd's Broker is looking for an Account Handler to join their busy and expanding team in the Real Estate division.
Main Duties:
* Handling Real Estate Clients
* Dealing with Property Owners both residential and commercial
* Assisting Account Executives with the caseload of client accounts
* Handle all new business as well as manage renewals and mid-terms
* Ensure clients Insurance requirements are adequately met
* Issue all insurance documentation
* Provide day to day servicing of a client's insurance programme to support retention and development of the business
* Research, prepare and present renewal reports to Account Executives
* Respond promptly to account queries
* Liaise closely with clients and ensure strong relationships are kept
* Attend client meetings as needed
* Maintain effective relationships
* Assist colleagues as required.
Key Skills/ Requirements:
* Gained previous expereince within a similar role within the insurance industry
* Excellent proven experience with Property Owners and/or Real Estate Insurance
* Relationship building skills and understanding of customer service principles
* Work well under pressure and strong time management skills
* Exceptional attention to detail ensuring quality and delivery in line with deadlines
