An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join my client's well-established business based in Mid Kent.

Duties will include:

* Processing, preparing and recording investment transactions
* Monitoring incoming investment instructions
* Dealing with internal queries and tasks
* Reconciliation of control and suspense accounts
* Allocating bank receipts
* Preparation of tax refund claims to HMRC
* General administration tasks when required

Successful candidates will have previous experience in a similar role, be able to use their own initiative and have excellent attention to detail.
