Executive Case Specialist

We are currently looking for an Executive Case Specialist to join our client based in Chatham. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience within a similar role, or is looking to progress up into this position.
Duties include -
* Handle all complaints received across all product lines within the response stage of the complaint handling process
* Own and handle all complaints that are of a significant complexity or vulnerable nature
* Complete the initial acknowledgement of a complaint
* Take ownership for managing and resolving all customer queries, ensuring a thorough investigation has been carried out
* Provide a great level of service at all times
Requirements -
* Experience investigating complaints with FCA regulations
* Organised and great time management
* Great verbal and written communication
