*AMAZING OPPORTUNITY* Customer Service Advisor

Guildford, Hybrid working

£22,000 - £26,000 PLUS a performance bonus, pension scheme, 20 days holiday per year (plus Bank Holidays) Staff away days & so much more!!

Required: Mon - Friday 09:00AM - 5:30PM

(Five days Monday to Saturday with one day off during the week with Saturday being a fixed part of the working week).

Overview:

An exciting opportunity to join an established market-leading retailer based in Guildford.

Due to expansion my client is looking for driven, passionate Customer Service Advisors to join the busy customer service department.

If you are someone who loves to help customers with great service whether that be on the phone or via email/Live Chat, then this role could be for you!

Daily Duties include:

* Assisting with Customer enquiries on the phone
* Processing customer sales/purchase orders
* Managing customers expected delivery dates
* Develop/maintain relationships with both new/existing customers/suppliers
* To perform other duties requested by your Line Manager

Sound interesting?...you must have:

* Excellent written and verbal English
* Good organisational skills
* Polite and friendly manner
* Ability to prioritise daily workload
* Previous Customer Service experience is desirable
* Fluent written and spoken German would be an advantage to support our German customer service team.
