Part-time Legal Cahier required for High Street solicitors practice based in West Sussex.
You will be working 3 full days a week from the firms offices dealing with a range of internal finance matters including:
• Daily Bank Reconciliations for client and office accounts
• Petty Cash and Banking
• File retrieval
• Drawing Cheques
• Processing of daily transactions
• Inputting Chaps, Bacs and Faster payments onto the Banking system
• Agreeing Completion statements
• Agreeing and Processing bills
• Maintaining Purchase Ledger including payments
• Ensuring SRA compliance
• Running month end
• Archiving and file reviews
You must have previous experience as a Cashier working within the legal sector, good IT skills and knowledge of SARs required along with a driving licence and car.
