Kick Interactive, a full service digital agency based in Chatham. Kent. We specialise in creating bespoke ecommerce websites for builders merchants and other trade merchants.
We are looking for a account manager who will work closely with customers and our internal team to deliver industry leading ecommerce websites.
The right candidate should have:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Smart / confident presentation.
- A positive attitude with the ability to look for solutions in complicated situations.
- Ability to recognise priorities and change them accordingly.
- Ability to make decisions that deliver required outcomes for both the customer and the internal team .
- Attention to detail
- Ability to recognise shifting priorities and change them accordingly.
An understanding of the following would be fantastic, but not a deal breaker:
- UX UI process and best practices.
- Basic understanding of websites and web development.
- Agile project management.
- Scrum processes.
