The Best Connection are currently seeking to recruit a Quality Control Manager to work for a company based in Farlington, Hampshire

Duties to include but not limited to:

Champion, support, and lead quality improvement initiatives
Be responsible for ensuring that all managers, process owners and supervisors develop and maintain their part of the quality management system
Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
Determine training needs
Manage Inspectors daily workload in accordance with the production schedule
Work closely with other managers to ensure staff are fully competent in standard operating procedures
Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organisation to ensure that quality standards are adhered to
Investigating and setting standards for quality
Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet national standards
To assist with QMS audits and follow up non-conformances
To assist in the preparation of SOP’s, work instructions and quality guidelines, and perform other tasks assigned by the Operations Director.
As the role will involve some heavy lifting, a good general level of fitness is required.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am – 4.30pm

This is for an ongoing position with a potential to go permanent so please give us a call as soon as possible!
