Receptionist / Administrator

100% Office Based

£22k - £24k plus 20 days holiday plus BH, and additional days leave each year up to 25 days, as well as private health care, pension and life insurance!!

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm fully office based

Overview:

A rare and exciting opportunity to join one of the largest hospitality management companies, who look after some of the world's most luxurious hotels. Is seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to work within their London office. You will be responsible for many front of house duties including, answering the telephone and directing calls/taking messages, meeting and greeting clients/visitors, as well as general administration and adhoc support.

This is a varied role where you will have the chance to build upon your administration skills within a well-established hospitality company.

Sounds interesting?...Daily duties include:

* Setting up and servicing conference rooms
* Meeting and greeting clients/visitors
* Taking delivery of packages/ franking and posting the mail
* Booking couriers
* Assisting with report production - i.e printing, copying, binding etc
* Ordering office equipment, stationery and groceries (weekly) and catering supplies for meetings
* Reporting maintenance issues
* General filing and administrative tasks
* Inbox and invoice management
* Assisting with expenses and filing invoices
* Organising social events/distributing communication
* Answering the telephone and directing calls/taking messages
* Any other adhoc duties



To be successful in this role you'll have:

* Ideally admin experience within a similar role
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to multitask and prioritise
* Good attention to detail
