My client based in Sittingbourne and they are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their busy finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience within management accounts who is currently studying towards a formal accounting qualification and is keen to secure a position within a company that offers development. You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience of effective financial control and reporting.
Responsibilities will include:
-Accountability for commercial financial reporting, for example management accounts packs with detailed variance analysis vs budget/forecast and weekly profit and loss summaries for actuals and budgets
-Compile the annual budget, rolling forecasts, ensuring adherence to tight timescales
-Providing relevant financial analysis
-Continually review, identify and develop production of further management information or modelling, for all stakeholders, which incorporates reviews and analysis of business performance
You must be driven and ambitious to be considered for this role, and you must be studying towards ACCA/CIMA.
