Key Duties

- Delivery of the business digital transformation strategy
- Capturing, reviewing and validating with process owners existing current as-is business processes and use cases (incl. customer journey mapping)
- Completing a gap analysis, risk & opportunity identification
- Eliciting requirements from project stakeholders / subject matter experts via interviews and workshops
- Develop high-level capabilities to support the project team and business during soft market testing
- Develop a specification of requirements to inform the vendor selection process
- Document initial to-be processes
- Clear communication of the new state & it's benefits to all stakeholders
- After vendor selection, document final to-be processes - required to inform the needed change management

Requirements

- Proven working experience as a Business Analyst supporting an ERP (incl. warehouse management) implementation project.
- The ability to elicit requirements from subject matter experts.
- Plan and facilitate requirements gathering interviews and workshops with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation.
- Good understanding and knowledge of Project Management processes and styles.
- Accurately capture & articulate business requirements for external vendor selection
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
