Circa 15-25 hours per week; to be split flexibly based on candidate needs- could suit school hours, Monday-Friday or 2/3 full days per week- or other.
This is a role that suits someone with a good sense of initiative and organisational skills, and a proactive solution-focused approach – as you will work on a variety of day-to-day duties, as well as ad hoc projects, supporting different teams in the company as they grow.
You will communicate with clients and suppliers by phone and email, as well as fulfil processes such as contract admin, invoicing, and placing orders; schedule couriers and meetings as well as book national and international travel; with a goal of overseeing the smooth running of the office day-to-day.
Based in Tunbridge Wells – accessible easily by car, bus or train
Salary with experience - circa £12-14,00 per hour
