SENIOR NEGOTIATOR
Gravesend - Must be able to drive
£22-25,000 - £35,000 - £40,000 Inc of Commission
JOB SPECIFICATION
To successfully list a targeted number of properties to the company’s guidelines achieving the best level of fees possible
Promote and encourage ancillary services whilst maintaining compliance with relevant legislation
Generate appointments for viewings, valuations and mortgage advisors
List and value properties
Follow up business leads
Achieve minimum levels of business targets
PERSON SPECIFICATION
2 + years experience in the Estate agency industry
Previous experience, ideally within the area
Proven track record for previous sales results
Dynamic
Hard Working
Leads by example
Target Driven
Full driving licence
