Klingenburg Uk Ltd are looking for a hard-working individual to join our Service department as a Service Co-Ordinator. You will be liaising with the Service Manager / Service Department team on a daily basis, coordinating engineers and taking incoming calls regarding service works.
We are the leading UK supplier of components for air handling systems within the commercial & industrial heating & ventilation (HVAC Market).
If you have a technical administrative background with excellent attention to detail and an ambitious, confident mind-set, then I would highly recommend applying.
Duties include:
• Communicating with customers and engineers
• Coordinating engineers on a daily basis Giving all engineers full job details, site contact details, RAMS, etc
• Prioritising workload to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handling all queries from customers
• Organising and contacting engineers to ensure all work is completed.
• Providing support and information to customers regarding the products available
• Supporting colleagues within the Service Department
• Organising and preparing service Quotations.
The right candidate will have/ be:
• Highly organised and pro-active
• Great communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
• The ability to manage your own workload and manage multiple changing priorities.
• A sales orientated attitude
• The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• A flexible approach to work
• The ability to problem solve
• Computer - Literate
