This client provides a 24 hour emergency helpline and your role will be to provide support by telephone at a point of need. You will respond to incoming calls, establishing the route cause of the problem and providing a reassuring a level of customer service to ensure the enquirer is well looked after.

This role gives real flexibility as it is a 4 day working pattern out of 7. (Monday - Wednesday 8-8, Sunday 9-5)

Due to the immediate need our client is looking for someone to start on a temporary basic with the opportunity to become permanent fullness of time. Committed to your learning and development, the initial training will be structured Monday- Friday 9-5 for a 3 week period.
