Finance Business Partner (Fixed Term Contract) | Kent | £28k - £35k
Our client, a well-established organisation are looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner within their finance function. They are looking for an individual who has been working within finance with some business partnering experience who is looking to grow and develop their career ideally from a professional or financial services industry background. This role is a permanent opportunity and will be fully remote with support/development provided.
Main Responsibilities:
• Order to cash and purchase to pay cycles for project portfolio
• Management reporting for project portfolio – all projects reported accurately
• Financial governance and control environment – impact on cashflow and capital
• Accurate forecasting and variance analysis for the portfolio
• Business Partnering
• Monthly draft MI
• Provision of variance commentary
• Weekly debtor and unbilled reporting to facilitate
• Management of cashflow and working capital
• Correct accounting for VAT / sales tax as applicable
• Credit control
• Client analysis
Requirements:
• Ideally ACCA, CIMA or ACA Part-Qualified
• Must be computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Excellent communication skills
• Pro-active at resolving queries, working under pressure to deadlines
• Pro-active in taking on new areas of work and building expertise
• Ideally from a Financial/Professional Services industry background, however will consider others
