Are you available immediately, either on a gap year, traveling in the UK, or looking for a stopgap role?
Alternatively, have you studied French, and want the opportunity to use it?
This role will allow you to improve your fluency, working within a blended role, utilizing both English and French language skills.

Our client has the opportunity to offer a 6-month contract, offering you the flexibility to work without a long-term commitment, whilst building skills and earning an income.

This client works within the holiday sector and you will be providing support with any queries, inquiries, and support whilst traveling to and from their holiday in France. For example, a family enjoying their first-ever summer camping holiday suffer a burst tire and needs some intervention to speak in French for their peace of mind and to resolve the issue.
You will therefore have a good telephone manner, a willing customer service orientation, and whilst your French does not need to be of bilingual level, fluency would be important.

You will be liaising with holidaymakers, and support services in both French and English, following up with emails to ensure the holidaymaker has the very best experience.

Beautiful open plan offices, convenient for the buzzing market town of East Grinstead with its coffee bars and hotel facilities, and easy access from the train and bus station. Working with a fun multi-lingual team providing support throughout Europe, you will have variety, interest, and texture within the role.

There is scope and flexibility within working hours and you will be working a 35-hour work week, five days out of seven, giving you the flexibility to enjoy sunshine and leisure.
