Are you an experienced, enthusiastic and driven IT Network and VOIP Engineer looking to join an expanding and well established business in Sandwich. Package: 30-40K depending on experience, 25 days holiday which goes up to 30 days with long service, discretionary performance bonuses, share options
A vibrant personality and a passion for IT is a MUST for this IT Engineer as you will be working in a high-pressure managed services environment where you will need to multi-task at the highest level. Good presentation and customer services skills are essential.
Responsibilities
Provide 1st/2nd line support to the Operational Teams and customers
Attend sites and data centres when required
Liaise with 3rd party suppliers
Experience/Skills
Firewalls / Routers (Fortigate/MikroTik)
Networking (Cisco/Netgear)
WiFi Configurations/Deployment/Surveys
Knowledge of VOIP (3CX/Avaya)
Service Desk
Windows OS / Server up to 2019
Active Directory / GPO
Exchange / Office 365
Antivirus
Knowledge of network security
Required Qualifications/ Requirements
Experience of working in a Managed Service Provider environment as an IT Engineer, IT Support Engineer or Senior IT Technician. Full driving license required as you will have use of a company van for client site meetings.
Good project management skills
Keen to learn new skills and develop professionally
