FULL TIME PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK REQUIRED.
Intumescent Systems Ltd (Envirograf) require a fully experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for their busy purchasing to start immediately.
Must be fully conversant with Microsoft programs and computers in general. Would be using in house accounting & stock control system, also have a good communication skill as would be dealing with some suppliers and staff within the workplace.
Daily duties include the following:
Placing orders with stationary supplier, maintaining stock levels for office consumables.
Checking orders, deliveries and processing invoices for various departments, checking statements etc.
Maintaining filing system within the purchase ledger dept.
Hours of Work: 08.30am - 5.30pm
Salary to be discussed at interview, depending on experience.
Workplace Pension
28 days holiday per annum (this includes all bank holidays)
YOU WILL NEED YOUR OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE COMPANY (no public transport serves the village)
This is a non smoking environment due to the nature of the business.
