Fully remote after training (4-6 weeks)

Care coordinator/ Regional Consultant

Salary: £30,000 +
Location: Bristol You MUST live within 90 minutes of this area
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
- Must have a UK drivers’ licence and access to your own vehicle.

Your role:

• Follow CQC guidelines
• Visiting 15/20 clients 3 times a week in their homes
• Create detailed assessments and care plans, involving the client, family/representatives and other professionals in every stage of the process.
• Make decisions using professional expertise within a structured framework and using existing systems and policies.

• Provide support to the carers, with the necessary information to enable them to deliver a high-quality level of service to all clients.

Ideal person:

• Previous Regional Consultant/Regional Manager experience within the Healthcare/Homecare industry required.
• Level 4 qualification or above would be advantageous (not essential)
• Understanding of CQC guidelines.
• Strong CV showing you have progressed in the care industry into senior positions.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in care with the elderly.
