We are working alongside a market leading business based locally to Tunbridge Wells, who as a result of continued expansion are looking to grow their team. Therefore they are looking for an experienced care coordinator in the local area.

This role has varied responsibilities, no two days will be the same and you will play a major part in the day to day operations of the business, the key duties will include:

Answering inbound calls as the first point of contact for the business
Answering queries from clients and providing advice where needed
Liaising and building relationships with carers
Scheduling appointments for urgent and regular appointments
Planning routes and managing diary's
Onboarding new carers

As well as the above you will help with Ad hoc tasks to help the day to day function of the business.
