* Casualty Placing Broker - Spanish business

As the Lead Broker you will be responsible for placing a variety of casualty & professional risks emanating from Spain, so fluency in Spanish is essential in order to liaise effectively with clients.



Key responsibilities

* Prepare broking presentations
* Identify suitable markets and appropriate placement strategies
* Broking risks into the Lloyds, Company and overseas markets
* Work closely with TP producers to understand risks and requirements



The successful candidate will be working in a fast moving, results driven environment, so as well as possessing the necessary face-to-face London Market broking expertise, candidates must be able to adapt quickly and have the ability to devise innovative solution to obstacles.



What you need to know:

Permanent role

* Flexible Working Options

1.Work for 4 days 80% of the hours (28 hours per week instead of 35) and get 100% of the salary

2.Or, work 5 days a week with 1-2 days out of the 5 working from home and rest from city office.

* Salary is Open + OTE bonus + benefits package.
