A globally recognised brand are seeking their next IT Support Technician. Could this be you?

A minimum of 3 years experience is required working in an IT role, with strong experience in the following: Microsoft 365, Excel, Network Management and Desktop and Server management.

The perfect candidate will be enthusiastic and positive toward their work first and foremost, with fantastic attention to detail, be organised and be able to prioritise issues and requests as they come in.

Salary: up to 28k 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday with some weekend work required.

Location: Ramsgate

About the role:

Working as part of the local and global IT Team, supporting users within the company across the board. You will be based in the offices in Ramsgate and be required to drive to other locations in the country, and therefore driving is essential.

User creation and management using: Azure/Microsoft 365, Local Active Directory, Applications Local and SAAS

* Excel
* Full UK driving licence and access to own car

Desirable

* Microsoft Certification
* Advanced Excel
* Watchguard Firewall experience
* Exchequer ERP solutions experience
