ROLE: Business Operations Administrator - Temp to Perm

LOCATION: Langley, Hybrid (1 day working from home) with on site parking

HOURLY RATE: up to £14ph, depending on experience + holiday accrual + Office Angels benefits

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week, work between 7am - 5pm

We are currently working with a growing international healthcare business, who are looking to expand its team. They are looking for someone who has experience in a similar position or a business degree. You will be numerate, have excellent attention to detail, and have an enthusiastic attitude to learn. You will work in a small team, but part of a global business where there is an opportunity to progress.

Duties will include:

* Supporting the Operations Manager
* Checking incoming orders
* Processing new orders onto the business system with a high attention to detail
* Cross checking any queries relating to the order and reporting to the Operations Manager
* Supporting the sales team and adding leads onto the database
* Stock management, running reports and forecasting. Being able to report back findings
* Being a point of contact for the business to help support with any IT support. Ordering new equipment, logging existing equipment etc
* Office Management tasks

About you:

* You will be available to start work immediately
* Confident user of MS office, in particularly Excel you will need to be comfortable with formulas and preferably have experience with CRM systems
* Fluent in English
