Goods in Administrator
South Kent
£25,000 - £27,000 DOE
We are currently recruiting for a fantastic reputable company in the South Kent area, who are seeking a Goods In Administrator to join their busy team!
Duties include:
Actively contribute to the team and department targets to achieve KPI’s set.
To manage the booking calendar efficiently, avoiding overloading the goods in department.
Effectively maintain the relevant records, reports and filing systems.
Be flexible with working arrangements to suit the business needs.
Fulfil all promises made to internal and external customers in regards to reaching agreed SLA time frames.
Taking responsibility for goods received discrepancies and raising issues to the operations manager where applicable.
Support the company vision
Communicate effectively with suppliers and trading to answer and resolve all queries.
Be keen to develop yourself individually, identifying training and support requirements.
Note any feedback that may improve the company’s service.
Take responsibility for GRD’s raised and make sure all relevant paperwork is with the correct departments.
The ideal candidate will have / be:
Knowledge of goods in and booking processes
Experience within a warehouse or goods in
Computer literate
Highly organised
Target driven and achiever.
Able to work to deadlines.
Able to manage multiple workflows.
Strong communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Able to work in a high pressured environment.
Able to work well within a team or individually
