Your new role
As the Customer Experience Manager it will be your responsibility to provide an exceptional customer interaction with a strong focus on delivery time targets, response times, feedback, complaints and outperforming company KPI's.

this role oversees a team of customer services personnel working with them to develop, work across all departments within the organisation to manage the sales order book, take an active role in the weekly and monthly planning of shipments, interact with freight partners as well as anticipating stock shortages that may be upcoming and managing expectations accordingly.

You will develop a standardised processes, frequently audit team members for compliance and provide a start to finish customer experience from order, to quotation to delivery of goods.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a proven track record within a managerial role in Customer Services, sales order processes, shipment, freight and shipping documentation as well as an excellent understanding of ERP systems. You'll need to be ale to develop a sound knowledge of a detailed product line and furthermore be able to convey these details clearly to customers.

You'll need to be proactive with strong negotiation skills.
