Your new role
You will be managing a team of 8 Advisors and this team will provide a full customer facing support function for the organisation, 3,000 in total. Your team will support customers with a variety of issues including personal finance, health, welfare, housing and travel, manage the team rota, provide email, phone and live chat support functions, provide front line application and technical support.
You will be responsible for the recruitment, training and performance of the team and take full responsibly of the day-to day operations within the team.
This team provides a "One-Stop Shop" for all queries and ensure that support is provided in an efficient and timely manner. Your team need to have superb communication skills and work across the whole business in order to function correctly.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and posses strong communications skills and have previous managerial experience. You will have full responsibility for the performance of the team.
