Your new role
Joining a busy, dynamic accounts team, you will be responsible for Accounts Payable within the company. Reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Processing of suppliers invoices by matching to purchase orders
* Processing of overhead invoices
* Setting up new suppliers
* Resolving supplier invoice queries
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Payment runs to external and internal suppliers
* Providing cover for other members of the team in times of absence
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring solid, stable experience working in a busy Accounts Payable function. You will have excellent attention to detail, processing invoices accurately even to tight deadlines. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Previous knowledge of JD Edwards is desirable but not essential. You will have a plan to reliably commute to Sutton 3 days a week.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of up to £32,000 depending on experience. You will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid pattern, with up to two days working from home per week. You will receive 25 days holiday per year, and a range of competitive benefits.
