Are you and Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor, CILEX or Fee Earner managing your own caseload and looking for a new challenge?
Our client is an established high street practice based in West Sussex looking for an additional property team member to take over an existing caseload.
You will be dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing as well as overseeing Commercial Property sales/transfers and dealing with business leases and L&T work. Some experience with asset/share sales or development work would be an advantage.
Joining a property team of 3 the successful individual will be working without supervision and will be supported by admin/support staff – although IT literacy and experience with Case Management systems is required.
A great opportunity to join this small town centre practice and take the reins of the firms Commercial Property department, generous salary and some home/remote working may be on offer.
