My client is a leading supplier of devices, equipment, and terminals. They are currently seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager with good experience.

Job Role
As a Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for handling customer orders and delivering them. Including managing all resources to audit, repair, and refurbish products and to ensure their efficient timely delivery, and quality. The role includes working with the sales departments to supply products and to provide technical input to support the development of sales opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities
- Overseeing production processes
- Creating and executing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production schedules.
- Procuring test equipment, and parts for delivery of orders
- Striving to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.
- Communicating any problems or obstacles to directors
- Monitoring productivity rates, standards, and quality control
- Training and coaching staff
- Implementing safety, health, environment, and quality requirements
- To manage the resources of tools, equipment, and other facilities required to complete the work.
- To ensure that the company's health and safety standards and procedures are met.
- To provide good value for money and to manage budgets and financial restraints where required.
- To manage repair stock and customer stock across the required systems
To manage the logistics process of receipt, auditing, storage, and dispatch of goods

Requirements and skills
Technical ability and experience essential
Proven experience as a manager
Deep knowledge of production or operations management
Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
Experience in reporting on metrics
Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
Outstanding communication ability
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Attention to detail.
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
BSc/Ba in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
