Do you have the skills and experience to join our busy Finance Team at CAF?

We’re looking for a talented Finance Operations Officer to join our Finance Team at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).

What you’ll do
At CAF, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as a Finance Operations Officer you too will play an integral part in what we do.
You will be an integral part of the team, processing receipts from donors, carrying out transactional monitoring and submitting Gift Aid claims.
As our Finance Operations Officer you will:
- Ensure all receipts are applied to donors accounts accurately & in a timely manner
- Review receipts that are not in line with history, identifying & referring payments to relevant departments for further investigation
- Perform transaction monitoring in line with CAF’s guidelines & controls
- Prepare & submit weekly Gift Aid claims to HMRC ensuring data quality
- Resolve queries in a timely & efficient manner
- Ensure daily workload is completed whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy

Who you’ll be
This role is for you if you have experience of working in a busy, varied Finance Admin team or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society. We are looking for:
- Ability to demonstrate excellent time management & workload prioritisation ensuring daily tasks are completed
- Ability to work under pressure & to meet deadlines while ensuring a high level of accuracy
- Experience in continuous improvements, making changes & compiling Procedure notes
- Experience processing bank account transactions, performing reconciliations and transaction monitoring
- Competent using Excel and all Microsoft applications.
- Confident in query resolution, both written and verbal
