Our experienced team of recruiters based in Tunbridge Wells serves a customer and candidate base across Europe, Asia and the Americas. We cover all industry sectors from chemical and pharmaceutical to retail and banking.

We are looking for ambitious people to join our business. DSR is on track for its 6th year in a row of double-digit growth. We expect this to continue based on current demand.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, grow and manage your own portfolio of clients.
• Be supported by a team of resourcers who will help find the best candidates in the market.
• Qualify suitable candidates for client requirements and ensure constant communication throughout the process.
• Use LinkedIn and DSR’s content-rich CRM system.
• Post vacancies online.
• Grow engagement on social media.
• Network, build and maintain relationships with candidates.
• Obtain references and speak with referees for each candidate.
• Opportunities to travel as required to meet clients and candidates within the UK and in Europe.

Skills Required:

• A degree/excellent A’ levels or at least one year’s experience in recruitment or sales. Those with an ambition to progress into sales, with at least two years of experience in customer service, are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to remain focused and positive.
• Excellent communication skills. Being able to get on with people is key.
• Attention to detail is important as well as the ability to write well.
• Resilience, with a growth mindset.
• You will care about what you do whist having an enthusiastic and passionate approach.
• Strong business acumen and be social media savvy.
• Due to the nature of our marketplace and our customer base, European business experience is desirable.
• European languages are nice to have, but not essential.
