ROLE: Hire Administrator - Temp to Perm - Immediate start!

LOCATION: West Drayton, with free onsite parking

HOURLY RATE: £14ph

HOURS: 7.30am - 4.30pm, Monday - Friday

Office Angels Staines is working with an expanding plant hire company who are seeking a dynamic Hire Administrator to join their dedicated team. With a strong presence in the non-mechanical plant hire industry, they take pride in providing top-quality equipment and exceptional service to their valued customers. As a Hire Assistant you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business administrative processes. You will work closely with our experienced team, assisting with general administrative tasks, ticket management, customer enquiries, and various other responsibilities crucial to their daily operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving company and contribute to their ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

* Being main point of contact with customers and suppliers
* Working closely with the teams in the office and the yard
* Answering calls and emails from new and existing customers
* Handle customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
* Accurately input tickets and data into the system
* Assist in creating quotes for the clients
* Raising PO's
* Generate paperwork for the yard team to facilitate equipment preparation
* Process returns of equipment efficiently and accurately
* Manage timesheets and forward them to the accounts department for payroll processing
* Address customer enquiries regarding returns and equipment availability
* Perform general administrative duties such as filing and photocopying



Skills and Qualifications:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
* Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Numerical aptitude and attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems
* Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
* Previous administrative within a hire/construction/engineering business is preferred
