I have partnered with a leading design and manufacturing company based in Aylesford, that specialise in creating bespoke products and ship across the UK & Europe. They have a reputation for excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

The day to day duties for the sales representative include:

• Taking part orders from incoming calls
• Taking customers through the order process and updating at all points
• Check deliveries are all out on time
• Upsell and get more information & leads from customers
• Use in house CRM & other tools to generate new leads
• Maintain and develop existing relationships


The experience required for the sales representative role:

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the design and manufacturing sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A positive and proactive attitude
• A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow
• A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Ambition and growth driven

What’s on offer for the sales representative?

• Salary £30000 + commission realistically £42/45k OTE
• A company van can be used for client meetings
• Hours 8am-4pm Mon-Fri
• Finish early on Friday if targets are met
