Do you want to be part of a dynamic and growing organisation that works to provide housing and tenancy related support to people additional needs?

Our designated domestic abuse services is currently looking for a Support Officer to join our dynamic and friendly team in Sittingbourne, Kent. In a nutshell, you'll provide an effective support service to customers with additional needs in designated services.

You'll facilitate access for people with additional support needs / multiple disadvantages into Clarion's Supported Housing services who, without additional support, we may not be able to accept.

We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated and talented individuals to build a career working for one of Europe's largest housing associations. Alongside providing general needs housing, Clarion also delivers support services to some of the most vulnerable people in society. The role of Support Officer whilst challenging at times, is an extremely rewarding one.

Who are we looking for?

You'll have experience working with vulnerable adults who have additional needs e.g. mental health and / or sub misuse issues, offending history, disabilities. An excellent understanding of the safeguarding of vulnerable adults and a thorough understanding of the wider statutory and non- statutory services available to them is also essential.

As a Support Officer, you'll work alongside colleagues in supported housing or outreach services in Kent. Working for Clarion as part of the Kent team you will be delivering exceptional support services to our customers.
