Are you an experienced Property Solicitor or CILEX looking to lead/oversee a team of Residential & Commercial Property Lawyers with the added benefit of working from home 2 days a week?

Our client is a modern and highly recognised commercial practice seeking an individual with a broad mix of Commercial & Residential Property experience and with the ability to manage and supervise a team of 8 lawyers based at the firms Hove offices.

The firm are known for their relaxed and democratic working environment with clients ranging from small local investors to large national companies. Work in this role will include Commercial leasehold/freehold sales/transfers, leases, development/investment work and all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including purchases/sales, equity releases, shared ownerships and lease extensions.

An interest in developing business relationships and attending marketing events would also be preferable.
