Kayo Digital are a leading Web development agency business based in Sittingbourne, with an exciting 1st line support role, suitable for someone with a proven passion for IT and with either similar previous experience or experience in customer facing roles.
Training will be provided on all systems; this person is expected to have experience with using websites and be able to identify issues that require escalation to technical personnel.
Responsibilities:
• User Assistance: Provide first-line support to end-users, resolving technical issues with their websites promptly and professionally.
• Ticket Management: Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and excellent communication with users.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot website issues, escalating technical problems as needed.
• User Training: Assist in training users on website functionality, content management systems and best practices.
Requirements:
• Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge of common IT systems, website software, and website hosting.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a patient and helpful demeanour. Previous experience in customer facing roles essential (e.g. Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service).
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse and solve problems efficiently.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
Any experience with Content Management Systems beneficial but not essential.
