We're recruiting for a Regional Housing Administrator to join our team in Morden on a permanent basis.



You'll be responsible for delivering a highly customer-focused, effective and efficient regional administration service to our South London region.



You'll be required to report any communal repairs to contractors, maintaining relevant records, and customer enquires, liaising with contractors and raising Purchase Orders. We'll look to you to maintain garage tenancy records, process lettings and terminations maximising income collection and liaising with colleagues on inspections.



Your other responsibilities will include:



*

Monitoring, recording and processing estate inspections and zoning information
*

Assisting in arrangements for local community and resident involvement meetings and events
*

Producing routine letters, reports and other documents from standard templates
*

Work closely with the neighbourhood teams to manage estate based inspections and site based enquiries and following up as appropriate.
*

Providing reception cover at our Apollo House
*

Uploading information relating to lettings to the government's CORE website
*

estate and resident inspections
*

Regional, community and resident involvement meetings



You'll already have previous experience in a customer service environment and a demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You'll be able to write clear, accurate and concise records, often analysing data from a variety of sources and be able to prioritise your busy workload as required.
