The role:



The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team's activities and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This position requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. The Sales Coordinator serves as a bridge between various departments, clients, and external partners, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the sales efforts.



As the Sales Coordinator your key responsibilities would be:



· Answering call from customers and directing to the correct department

· Accurate recording of data entry from customer demands

· Accurately process quotations and orders

· Build relationships with internal and external customers.
