A fantastic and unique opportunity is available for a driven and ambitious Claims Handler/Sales Executive to work for a reputable and fast-growing leading insurance organisation in greater London to work in their Financial and Legal services department with a portfolio of insurers. This opportunity is ideal for those wanting to progress their career with great financial prospects. You won\'t need to have financial or legal services experience, some of their best performers have no product knowledge! The business want a sales mentality, with the passion and drive to get results.

Your new role
Your new role will be to manage 30+ outbound calls per day (no cold calling!), managing your own portfolio of opportunities, maintaining a high level of client care and ensuring the right outcome for each call. Maintaining all KPIs and SLAs, using technical legal knowledge that you will be trained on to continually progress your portfolio of opportunities. Building strong relationships with insurers to swiftly progress your customer to the right outcome. You will maintain performance to a high level in a target-orientated environment.

What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have a track record of excellent customer service, ideally within an outbound sales position which could include Sales Agent, Telesales, Recruitment etc. You must have experience of consistently hitting KPIs and SLAs, able to demonstrate commercial acumen and a desire to improve yourself and your financial position.

What you\'ll get in return
In return you will be offered a basis of between £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, with a fantastic OTE of 50-70K. You will have your most recent salary guaranteed for the training period and you will be able to work fully remote! Other benefits include hours of Monday to Friday 9-5pm, 29 Days holiday including bank. You will be able to participate in leadership development programs and training/development plans.
